Bridge Water One is a mixed-use development which consists of luxury apartments, retail space, and a hotel, all located alongside the banks of what was previously Ratanga Junction.
The electrical infrastructure of the building meets the highest safety standards, ensuring the safety of residents and visitors. Additionally, the building’s electrical design includes the integration of emergency systems, such as a backup generator and fire alarm. These measures are crucial in alerting residents of potential hazards or dangers.
Special attention was given to the lighting design in and around the development. The main lighting design was based on accentuating feature elements without light pollution. Landscape lighting plays a large role in the design as the space has a high volume of public/residential visitors.
Bridge Water One is an excellent example of how sustainable building practices can be integrated into modern developments, creating a greener and more efficient future for all.
Worthy to note: This development also won a SAPOA award for innovative excellence in the mixed-use category 2022.
