Nestled in the heart of Sea Point, this boutique hotel\/apartment offers panoramic ocean views and stylish, comfortable accommodations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Behind the scenes, QDP team undertook the challenging tasks of electrical engineering, lighting design, and electronic integration for this remarkable development, ensuring efficiency and reliability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">One standout feature is the intelligent use of LED lighting coupled with sensors in public spaces. This meticulous approach guarantees energy efficiency without compromising on aesthetic appeal. Notably, the Front of House (FOH) areas received special attention, featuring lighting designs that enhance lobbies, entrances, and even provide nurturing grow lighting for the atrium tree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Furthermore, in a region prone to power disruptions, the electrical design prioritized robust backup solutions, ensuring uninterrupted operation
